CUSTOMER SERVICE LiftRite Hire & Sales aims to provide quality, timely and cost-effective maintenance and service. This is achieved by providing customer support in the following areas.
Fully Equipped Workshop: The LiftRite Hire & Sales service centre at 3-5 Zanni Street, Canning Vale is fully equipped to handle all repairs and maintenance required by our customers. We provide a collection and delivery service, fixed price quotes, competitive prices and a written guarantee. Replacement loan units enable you to continue working while repairs and maintenance are being carried out on your machine.
Mobile Service Units: To ensure minimum downtime of customer’s equipment, our radio-controlled fleet of LiftRite Hire & Sales Mobile Workshops is fully equipped to perform all jobs, short of a major overhaul, on site. Our after hours emergency service is available every day of the year.
Periodic Maintenance Plans: Cost effective periodic maintenance plans are tailored to meet each customer’s individual requirements by our trained service advisers and support staff. These plans are designed to ensure that customers obtain the maximum utility from their equipment with the minimum cost.
Factory Trained Technicians: LiftRite Hire & Sales service technicians are factory trained for our entire range of equipment. This enables us to provide prompt, effective maintenance and repairs both in our workshop and on site from the LiftRite Hire & Sales Mobile Service Units. Training programmes are updated annually and technicians achieve a high level of technical skill through participation in these programs.
Satellite Service Agents: Mobile service support is critical in country operations. The satellite service network has been established to reach customers in remote locations with the prime aim of providing effective after sales service. The satellite service agents have access to support for the whole range of hire and sales industrial equipment from LiftRite Hire & Sales. The service agents can perform regular servicing on the equipment and provide total warranty and repair support including a range of fast moving genuine parts. This is just another service from LiftRite Hire & Sales to help you maximize utilisation of your fleet. Genuine Parts: To ensure total quality of service and maximise the life of customer’s equipment LiftRite Hire & Sales supplies genuine parts at competitive prices. The company has parts staff trained to provide the correct part in the shortest possible time. To this end the company has a computerised inventory comprising over 3,000 line items with a total value of more than $300,000. For items not available from our inventory we have online links to other state distributors and our national suppliers. Every part is supported by the manufacturer’s warranty and can be delivered quickly in the metropolitan and country areas at minimum cost. For emergency service we provide a 24-hour response with staff available year round.
