We have an unrivalled reputation for the sales, rental and maintenance of new and used products by major brands. Our range includes Kobelco, Gehl, Manitou and Kalmar.

We are currently seeking a driven and motivated earthmoving equipment sales specialist to sell and promote our range of Kobelco and Gehl earthmoving equipment.  If you are enthusiastic, passionate and innovative you have the opportunity to earn above average uncapped remuneration.

The Role

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Achieving sales in accordance with defined targets

Finding and developing new business opportunities with existing and new customers

Preparation of sales quotes and tenders and subsequent negotiations with customers

Preparing appropriate documentation and keeping  in touch with customers to modify proposals/contracts, as required, and maintaining contact with the customer through to delivery of the product

Reporting on customer calls, product requirements and providing regular progress reports and sales outlooks

Maintaining good customer relationships by following up any complaints about company products and aim for satisfactory solutions for both LiftRite and the customer

Observing competitor activities and market trends through personal contact with customers and attending industry associated meetings, seminars and trade functions to receive market intelligence

Promoting our Kobelco and Gehl ranges of earthmoving equipment

Desired Criteria As Follows Would Be Well Received

Demonstrated sales experience with Kobelco or Gehl products, or similar earthmoving equipment

Excellent communication skills

Great follow-up and follow-through skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Self-motivation and a positive attitude

Desire to succeed and a strong work ethic

Close attention to detail

Computer skills

Technical knowledge of, or familiarity with, earthmoving equipment

Ability to ‘think outside the box’

Essential Requirement

Current driver’s licence
